About FOS
FOS provide supplier management services to a broad group of UK agencies – managing supplier quality, compliance, and payments on their behalf. We look after 10’s of millions of pounds of annual labour supply and are the partner of choice of over 150 agencies, plus a simple route to supply those agencies for hundreds of labour suppliers.

All transactions are through our pay-and-bill application Solus, that seamlessly connects end users, agencies and suppliers with all relevant data in a single portal that all can access in real time.
Legal Compliance
We all know legislation constantly evolves. We make sure, working with our legal partners and the REC, that our suppliers are aware of upcoming changes, are advised on changes they need to make – and of course our system is developed to keep operating processes in line with legislation.
How to Join
The first step is to complete our Expression of Interest (EOI) form at the end of this page.
We will then respond to you within 2 working days.
We then take you through a supplier due diligence process – covering all areas such as Companies House/ Director checks, proof of insurance and introducing you to our standard contracts, operating system and payment processes.
We don’t just do that once - once you are on our panel, as part of our contractual and service commitments to our agency partners, we will audit you on a regular basis to ensure that you are working to the required standards and you remain compliant with all relevant legislation.
